The R.W. Beckett Corporation ("Beckett") warrants to persons who purchase its control for resale or for incorporation into a product for resale ("customers") that its control is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 60 months from date of manufacture. Controls which are defective in material and workmanship and within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced as follows:
a) Beckett controls should be sent for replacement to a Beckett distributor.
b) Beckett is not responsible for any labor cost for removal or replacement of control.
